Chaps,

If you have a picture of the different Cerb light designs (Spd 12, Tuscan etc) can you post them?

Thinking about a change of lights with the re-spray.

Cheers smile

No photo's I am afraid but a word to the wise!

Whoever you get to do the conversion make sure the headlight beam pattern is correct i.e deflects to the left.

We have had four Cerbera's in the last month which have had, at some point, light conversions done & failed the MOT test due to incorrect pattern.

Usually the light unit is bonded into the pod, which to correct the fault has to be unbonded, rotated, realigned & rebonded. On one car we found the headlight had been riveted to the pod & was an absolute sod to remove due to the restricted access, at one point we thought we where going to have to remove the whole pod with the associated repainting. These have all related to aftermarket conversions, conversly an 03 plate LW had no problem.

I am not sure if the recent failures are due to a change in the MOT test or whether the testing station has had a slapped wrist.

In a recent sprint magazine, I noticed a bodyshop was offering to convert chimaeras to t350 lights

to me the front of the chimaera looks very similar to the cerb, if indeed the chimaera lights and the bodywork around the lights is the same as the cerb, then surely this same conversion could be done on the cerb? its another option im considering if possible

One more reason to leave them as they were intended to be!
However, Blue Thunders car does look Damn good!

Okey dokes - I like the look of the 'standard' twin lights - Seem very pricey from Webbs, any suggestions on a good place to get the conversion kit at a decent price?
