Hi guys, The pic is my son sitting in a Cerbera 4.2, when it came out, and was exhibited at the road show in Aberdeen, following of which my son and I had the pleasure of visiting the factory in Blackpool.

Recently my son asked when it was taken, well its not a "B" reg I know, and it comes up on the insurance data base as still being registered, just wondering if anyone knew what year it was. I do recall it was the year the model came out.

Thanks guys.

Oh, and I had my one and only test drive in it as well, a drive to remember, sadly didnt get around to owning one.

B16 AJP comes up as this :

The enquiry is complete
The vehicle details for B16 AJP are

Date of Liability 01 04 2008
Date of First Registration 05 06 1999
Year of Manufacture 1999
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 4185CC
CO2 Emissions Not Available
Fuel Type Petrol
Export Marker Not Applicable
Vehicle Status Licence Due to Expire
Vehicle Colour BLUE
Vehicle Type Approval null
The information contained on this page is correct at the time of enquiry.
Vehicle Excise Duty Rate for vehicle
6 Months Rate £99.00
12 Months Rate £180.00

But it's not the same car (blue) and it states a 1999 which is a good few years after prouction started. Probably plate been sold on.

If the green one is one of the first then probably a 1996.

Many thanks for that, which site did you get all that info from please? 1996 sounds around right, my son would have been 14 then, and a car nut.

The sister plate B19AJP is on a Peugeot or Citroen or other French monstrosity in Chesterfield, it deserves to be on a Cerbie aswell, someone buy it please!
The green cerbie pictured looks like it has matt black A pillar finishers but not the rivetted in indicator recesses and central radiator intake bar, so probably a 1996 car rather than a late 1995 car.

And by rights, both plates should be on 4.5s or 5.0s. Otherwise it should be L1L' AJP wink
