I don't remember losing it, but went to check the oil today and there it was, gone!

Not the sort of thing to work loose, so I must have stupidly forgotten to replace it last time.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

The only time I forgot to put my filler cap back on the (1st) crankshaft snapped 20 minutes later, although I was doing about 1.5 leptons to outrun a Marcos at the time...) I've NEVER forgotten to put it back since funnily enough and also have a rubber mallet in the boot to make sure it doesn't come loose.

I don't suppose anyone else has a leven one for sale do they? Phoned them this afternoon, apparently I'm the first person that has requested one in about 18 months and they would want an order of 50 to make it worthwhile making some. TVRCC don't have any, neither do ebay...

Sorry dear, looks like you won't be getting one for your birthday (as I know you'll see this but I didn't know where else to try!)

Any help appreciated

Sarah

Darn! Another financial opportunity gone! biggrin

Sarah

You could always get someone to paint up the original one in some smart crackle paint or something like?

Opps, don't want to start panic buying or bidding wars!!

I think he might notice if I just painted the old one, but perhaps I'll give it a go and scratch TVR on the top of it!!

Cheers guys, if anyone has one in the future, please let me know.

Sarah

Is it on the vehicle yet? Everything ok?
