Quick and easy one

Hi all
Going to attempt an oil change on the cerb tonight and am buying the stuff today. Can someone tell me what oil filter to get as the last time i tried the garage couldnt help.

Also, can anyone tell me how on earth you are supposed to remove the exhaust manifold bolts so i can stop a leak!!!????

Oil Filter is a Land Rover V8 item.

I hasten to add, Rover V8 derivative and not the 4.4 BMW one.

When you chnge the oil make sure you fill the oil filter with oil first, this is important, it primes the system, if you don't do it you will have a a worrying period of zero oil presuure in your engine.
