About the same in each cylinder...

A compression test is only really useful as a comparative test, the absolute values don't really mean much by themselves.

Did the test and getting between 160 and 165 psi on 7 cylinders and 1 at 150 psi. Does this indicate a problem?

Depends on how your doing the test?? Take all the plugs out, fit the compression tester, put your foot down fully on the accelerator (maximum air into the chamber) turn the engine over. You can put a small amount of engine oil down the bores, this helps the rings seal and helps with bore wash. Hope that helps thumbup

Surely the question is why do you feel the need to do the test? ARe you burning oil? Down on power? If the former then the only option is to get it fixed or leave it !
