Alarm and Indicators

Hi all needa bit of help please.
Only noticed the other day that when I lock or unlock Cerb that only yhr offside indicators flashed!
Today after a very bumpy ride down an access track, that the offside indicators no longer flashed!
AT FIRST I THOUGHT I WAS WAS LOCKED OUT! Boy does that get you!!
But just seems that I have lost the reapeater and possibly no alarm indication as all!
The little red light in the rear window works OK.
Where is the alarm unit and the link to the indicators.
(Indicators and hazzard lights all work OK!)
Are the links fused to protect the alarm?
Should I exepect the whole system to pack up and get my RAC card ready?
Also I opened the boot without opening the door and it was on shuting boot I noticed the problem.
Co-incidence? Need reseting?
