New Owner - almost

I am finally less than a week away from picking up my Cerb...and finding it difficult to think about much else..! I keep finding myself looking on Met check every 10 mins to see if it still says sunny and dry..!

So if any of you see an Imp Blue T plate 4.5 easing it's way from Fernhurst towards Guilford and beyond, late morning on Saturday that'll be me!

Trying to plan a decent first weekend drive that at the moment goes something like motorway to midlands to parents house to get acquainted (with knowledge of safe off road parking at the end!) maybe followed by a trip to the Chatsworth gathering on sunday if feeling confident!! then home.

Either way after years of dreaming about it the day is almost here...

Have ordered by Coverzone cover for Sunday night after advice fron you guys and no doubt I'll be on here for more tips and advice soon...

Looking forward to being part of of the club....I'll be at the Surrey TVRCC on Thursday but only in my trusty old A3 this week..

Had mine just over a month now, so I'm looking forward to some dry weather as well!

Good luck with your purchase, and dont lose heart when you get a few niggles they're all like that at times. You must have done your research, so you know the score with 'Tvr issues' or 'character' as people refer to them. Get out and enjoy it.

Yes Neil, I did do the research and still bought one!
But it is a ten year old car, so nothing too bad.
Just emailed the experts on alarms.
So hopefully they'll say "YEP bring it in we'll fix it in no time"
Hopefully one niggle sorted soon.

Need to contact Austec next, for the major niggle!
