4.2 V8 Fuel lines
Discussion
Having recieved the engine back from the specialists who were rebuilding it, its now all fully connected up, back in the car, looking all clean and waiting its first run...EXCEPT...I have no idea how the fuel lines all connect up. Has anyone got an explanation/diagram/pics of where the fuel lines go and what they connect to?! TIA

Assuming you have air con
O/S of fuel cooler runs under fuel rail on the offside and connects to the fuel pressure regulator (jubilee clips at both ends)
N/S of fuel cooler runs under fuel rail on the nearside and connects to the front most of the two lines going into the bulkhead under the expansion tank (jubilee clip on fuel cooler and threaded connector at other end)
The rearmost of the two lines going into the bulkhead under the expansion tank connects to the fuel rail itself (threaded connector both ends)
If you don't have aircon the front line connects direct to the pressure regulator.
Make sure the fuel lines are heat wrapped for a foot or so from the bulkhead connectors.
The hoses from the bulkhead should run across the firewall with the engine harness and coolant pipe. Keep them as far away from the N/S manifold as possible.
