Spring advice required

Hi guys, front springs are knackered and i'm going to replace all four as their quite cheap. I've read all previous posts and it looks like 450 front and 375 rear seem a good place to start, but what free length do I require? I can get them in 6" or 7". The car has protechs on the front and avo rears (currently)

What are you doing with it? Just a daily car or used on track too?

I've got 500 fronts and 375 rears, I think, and tbh the rears could do with being a little stiffer.

Mine are 10" x 350 and 9" x 400, hope that helps.

Its mainly for road use but might track it one day. Where would you recommend getting springs from?
