Source for 2 piece discs?
Discussion
Anyone know who supplies these for the 4.5
They "should" be 322mm with a 7" PCD with 12 mounting bolts. Not 100% on thickness but I think 32mm.
AP don't list that size on their website and the biggest they do the 7" PCD (177.8mm) is a 315mm rotor.
All the websites I can find appear to list the one piece discs.

I don't know the answer but will be watching with interest.
I looked for replacement discs for mine a few months ago and was quoted massive amounts as I was told they're not available and needed to be made up. I had mine skimmed instead but I always think this isn't really the solution.
I'm sure someone will be along with a better answer
Cheers

Yep the two piece disc is no longer available. You have to buy the one piece cross drilled discs.
Cheapest place I found was Racing Green, in stock and cheaper than the regular internet TVR sites. £125 each IIRC.
Matt, I've got some brand new AP 343mm discs available if you fancy an upgrade
, need to have bells and caliper spacers made as a minimum I'd expect, but the total might not be much more than a new set of discs anyway. PM me if you're interested.
Rich.

Eh I might take those back off your hands as the beastie is going to be up for sale very shortly and I'm thinking of bringing it here as a track only car. (only way to get round the import regs!)Cheapest place I found was Racing Green, in stock and cheaper than the regular internet TVR sites. £125 each IIRC.

I'm back home tomorrow for a few weeks mate we'll need to catch up at some point!

Well that is weird, because the two piece discs that Robscim very generously gave me last year appear to be 320mm with 8" PCD with 12 mounting bolts. They "should" be 322mm with a 7" PCD with 12 mounting bolts. Not 100% on thickness but I think 32mm.

Now they seem to be about 30mm thick but since they were skimmed perhaps not originally. He believed they were original early 4.5 discs.
It looks like these could be a direct replacement (thanks Jhonno for the link)
http://www.compbrake.com/product/rotor-320mm-x-32m...
But any thoughts on their rotor quality? Their calipers generally seem to get a pasting on other forums.
Tarox makes them since mid-2014 - # S2-2004.
The rotors being of billet steel rather than cast iron, the price is steep though - 779 euro excluding VAT (and there's hardly any margin in them, either, sorry...).
You won't be able to wreck these in a hurry though, they're pretty much effing bombproof.

You're better off with a larger rotor as it will be easier to space the caliper out than to machine the hub to take the caliper in as the standard size is 322mm. I'm not sure how much the 1mm difference under-size will matter so you may get away with doing nothing. 330x28mm rotors fit fine and I got mine from ASP Trading. http://asptrading.co.uk/acatalog/Performance_Frict...
The PCD size is indeed 8" (203.2mm) with 12 mouting holes, but note that the AP mounting bolts are imperial 1/4 inch diameter and take an imperial allen key too although I forget the size. I replaced my AP rotors with Performance Friction ones. The APs being ductile iron seem that bit more rust prone. The PF bolt kit does at least take metric size tools although the mounting bolts were an E8 star pattern from memory. The cost of the parts is about double that for one piece discs. You will need a torque wrench for the mounting bolts which need 11 lbft or something similar.
Cheers,
Steve

There is another thread on this http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
Give Martin at Reyland a shout. I had gone through all the hard work with my original upgrade he now has all the dimensions for the cerbera discs. His 304 update was my original from 291 so his bells are specced for that. I then changed to the 6600 caliper and 350 front discs. He has all needed offsets for any of the calipers and cerbera specific stuff. He will guide you through as he can produce whatever you need.
Hope that helps mate.

I eventually found a part number stamped on the bells CP2494-798I also ordered a 3/16" Hex, which is a very precise fit - thanks for the heads up.
The Compbrake rotors CMB1286 are almost a perfect fit
https://www.compbrake.com/product/rotor-320mm-x-32...
When used with the AP Bells CP2494-798, they are not centred in the caliper, so a 1mm shim is needed between the hub and the bell
First I had to make sure that the wheel nuts were suitably tight
