I've got one but not run it yet.Should be running in the very near future, but i'm not really going to be able to give a 'before and after' type report,as i never ran the engine before having it fitted.

yes

If the claim of 10bhp (well, equivelant) is true (and its entirely plausible), then its better value per horse than moving to Emerald, which is my only realistic upgrade path from here.

Uuum its not 10Bhp more on the curve, its 10 bhp less to accelerate the engine, so it won't effect the measured power figure at all.

It will allow the engine to rev faster, better throttle response etc plus your car will be a bit lighter

honestly, the rate of change of engine revs in a Cerb is frightening. The very last thing I think I would want for that engine is a lighter flywheel.

Anyone who thinks their engine reacts sluggishly to the throttle and needs improvement must have the reactions of a mongoose on speed, or has a car that needs attention.

[The above opinion is solely my own, and probably prompted by the amount of caffine I've drunk this morning]

Hence why I added the "(well, equivelant)" bit

My R1 redlines at a figure that I dare not go near, but I don't think its that high. smile

The light flywheel on the AJP is what makes traffic light GP's in a cerb a pretty hit or miss affair.

+1. Since the de-cat, mine is plenty volatile (more so than another car I've had with an ally flywheel), to the extent that any more would make pulling away tricky.
