Heat shield peeling

Noticed that the edge of the heat shield above the rear exhaust box has started peeling away from the bodywork, is it just a case of supergluing it back on or is there any other adhesives people would advise using.

Clear silicone is very good especially were heat is going to be transfered. Sticks like sh1t to a blanket
and the hotter it gets the better it adheres.

Oh and N.A.S.A use it to stick the tiles on the nose
cone of he shuttles
