Hi
My cerb had tuscan disks fitted to replace the worn originals when I first bought it.

But I have noticed that the near side disk has the air vent spirals facing the wrong way.

Off side is OK, (throws the air out as it rotates), whereas the near side is trying to force it in.
Hope that makes sense?

So are these disks "Handed" and I have had the wrong one fitted to the near side?

A bit strange that you should say that as I have also got tuscan discs on mine with the vents the same as you mentioned. Maybe they got mixed up in blackpool!
I have never noticed it having an effect on wear or braking though. Only done about 500 miles on mine so far though.

Are they they same? Or the other hand?

I can't see the reason to make the air vent groves spiral unless they were supposed to be handed??

It's a bit like trying to run a hair dryer backwards!
Can the girls help us? rolleyes

i think you may find that tvr made one type of disc for the tuscan
hence one side will always rotate the wrong way!!!!!

If that's the case and all tuscans are this way i'll probably leave alone.

It's just a cost saving, just one mould for the discs. Not ideal but no real problem.
