Hi there, during the last rainy days in southern germany I noticed that the footwell compartment of my Cerbera 4.5 got wet. Any ideas where the water could come from? Are there any drains I could clean?

best regards - ramuellert

I've had water in footwells before. The first time was on the drivers side - it came from where I hadn't sealed up the clutch fluid inspection cover properly. The second time was on the passenger side and was from the clamp that holds the battery in place. Check all mastic seals & points where cables & pipes come through the bulkhead. Check the door seals etc. Also check you didn't leave the seatbelt hanging through the door! Good luck finding your leak

Or if you want an easy fix. Park the rear wheels on a few bricks of blocks of wood, anything that`ll make it sit on an angle when parked. It worked for me!!

Get some silcon sealant and pull the door seal off and squirt the sealant inside the seal.
Push back on to seal it against the edge of the body work.
Make sure the point where the seal joins is well and truly covered with sealant.

Mine sat in the rain at Le Mans and the down pour on the way home, and not a drop got through this time!
