After 5 TVR'S I finally said goodbye to number 5 today, sold to a fellow PHer. That 4 out of my 5 TVR now have been sold onto fellow Pher's.

Even worse news is that I have been driven to the dark side, and now have a 996tt, I'll be beating myself over the back with a broken bit of willow just to make sure I'm in pain and realise what I have done.

I shall look into the forum from time to time, and please welcome Greeny when he posts with any niggles he may have, as I'm sure that Cerb ownership will give him some.

With an expanding familly, I cant see that I will be back to TVR anytime soon this side of kids being teenanger, so I fear V8 CBY will be the last TVR I own.

Bye for now all, look after your beast's...

All the best mate - sad to see one of the 'old breed' of owners going. Nothing particularly wrong with a 996 though, so enjoy it smile

wavey I'm sure once the little ones are grown up a bit a weekend car will be on the cards again. The problem is what to have confused as TVR's will by then be getting towards historic motors and legible for the London to Brighton run hehe.

Nothing wrong with pork btw, just don't let the Cerb community hear you say it, might even chop my Cerb for one one daywink.

Thats what I was thinking, by the time I can get a 2 seater, then most TVR chassis will all be rotten (12 years time or so).

Still, looks like Ben Lang is upto things with Jason Oxley again, so who knows what the NEXT TVR will be...

BTW Harry, Im in at FT if you do get a place, so I might see you there...

And in the meantime, like the rust, your desire for another tiv will fester away under the surface, until it finally gets the better of you smile The porker is but a thin layer of hammerite on the chassis of your soul. biggrin

A 996 TT is a mighty fine motor, but there's just something about a TVR....

I seriously did twice reach for the phone to dial you number over the last couple of weeks and then resisted at the last moment biggrin

No rust on my Griffs Chassis - nor likely to be eitherwink

No idea where our Chim has gone, seems to have vanished into thin air

See you at FT in Aug

Martin, you know you should have done, would have been good to pass another TVR onto you smile. I did have 6 enquires in the end, 4 of which 30 mins after I had struck the deal with Greeny...

See you at FT, lets see if we can get a run together...
