Had a problem last weekend with the alarm going off when using the plipper to arm or disarm.

No consistency in it happening.
Arm it - indicators flash 4 times and then start to flash rapidly but irregularly and alarm sounds. Pressing plipper a few times eventually silences alarm
Disarm it - indicators flash rapidly but irregularly - alarm goes off
Disarm - indicators stay on for several seconds and then the alarm sounds.

So alarm or siren on the way out? Not so.
Using the second plipper there are no problems at all.
One to try before diving under the bat wing and/or ringing Carl for help

I reckon the first plipper's battery is on the way out.
Anyone know if a plipper has to be resynced with the alarm when the battery in it is replaced?

When my battery on the car died i just charged it up and it was ok, no re-sync'in needed!! Altho if you change the batterys on the fob as long as you change them over within 30 secs or so it should be ok
