I have it hasn't been published yet, But as the Cerbera was the only TVR fitted with Racelines as standard I thought i would post here.

Yes but they were prone to being porous. They looked lovely on the car though if you got a good set ebtter than spiders IMHO. The 17" didn't suffer the same problems.

I was under the impression 17" RLs were prone to being porous, and the 18's were prone to fracture. confused

Thats what I heard today anyway, after speaking to a very decent chap at a dealer.

A very well respected indie told me that the only 18's he'd ever seen cracked, were always the fronts.I asked for confirmation on here a while ago,and no-one came back and reported rears cracking.Cant see why this should be thoughconfused

Hi, I've measured a set of RL 17s off the car: the offset isn't stamped on the inside and all of the wheels have both the same rim width and the same offset.
They are 8J x 17 with a 41mm offset (calculated by measuring the overall width of the wheel, 9", and subtracting half of that from the distance from the outside of the rim to the hub face, 6 and 1/8th", giving 1 and 5/8", or 41mm.) The PCD is the traditional english 4.5" or 114.3mm.

It would be odd if the width changed for RL 18s and stranger still if the RL 18s had differing front to rear widths.

had 18's on mine for a while, looked the nuts but sadly made of toffee.
o/s/f one fractured about an inch long on the inside edge.
best looking wheel on the cerb imho but i'd never use them again

The rears are 9" width, and the front are 8" in the 18" dia RL's.I have a set in front of mesmile One thing for sure is that they(18's)seem quite cheap to buy,as i guess people dont like the safety asect of them cracking?I bought my set for £200 delivered, and all are good!(need a re-paint though)
