Just a little irritated by this advert! Must be my time of the month.
Fastest Cerbera here? really??
Very flippant over rebuild which doesnt do anything for the advert to be honest!
'Niggles' being what - the stereo is too bleedin quiet?
Glad its loud enough to drown out the engine though hey... like thats just so important in these cars...
Sorry, maybe its just me, i'll crawl back under my stone.....

420 from a 4.2 that's a neat trick! Or, is it a 4.5?
Seems the seller may have put all the flannel in the ad but missed the basics.
And, any Cerb' is only as quick as the driver.
Don't have a problem with the price, if more of them were priced high then we'd all benefit from better residuals. As the price of Cerbs' dips to 'affordable' levels more and more people with little knowledge and even less funds will start to buy them and we'll witness some really manky, abused and unloved cars hitting the market in six months to a year.
I run mine on a budget, so it can be done, but the number of people who are willing to get their hands dirty, or even know what all the whirly, spinny, noisy things under the bonnet do seems to be less and less these days.
Sorry, rant over.

The seller seems really sure about himself! I'm a pretty confident sort of chap but not sure I would make such statements.
Why has he not added his profile to the advert or has he just join PH to sell the car?
"Engine blowing up at 40-50K - they all do that", t
t!....SimonSparrow's lasted 130K.
The more I read the more it gets my goat!

I agree Tim - and the danger is these will drag the prices of the good ones down even further.........Don't have a problem with the price, if more of them were priced high then we'd all benefit from better residuals. I agree with the OP. the advert is a little over embellished. Trouble is, there are people out there who are swayed by that stuff. They know little about these cars and as a result the seller sells his car.
My advert, on the other hand, is brutally frank and honest. I have to endure questions about whether it has a soft top or not. I send out endless streams of new photos and still it doesnt sell.
Whos the idiot??

Two posts about Cerbera sales in one week - are you thinking about re-joining the fold?
Tim.
err....MAYBE....err...ok then...yes!Tim.
Will be a sp6 car (Tuscan or Tam) with rebuild or V8 Cerby round Xmas time - cant wait!! Then i have the bike for everyday 'fun' and the TVR for 'extra special fun' (and icy, snowy days where the motorbike is a no-no
)Ads like this get on my wick. The guy clearly knows nothing about the car he has, and is flippant and derogatory about the car all in one go.

Anyway, i'm going to stop ranting!!!
