AA Parts and labour is a start. As for a 'proper' warranty i'm not sure.

Not any more. If you read the small print TVR's are now excluded vehicles:

Page 4 - excluded vehicles

I wonder how that affects those with warranties now

That's a different warranty to the one that most of us on here have got.
I've got "breakdown repair cover" but it's only got a £ 500 limit, plus you need to hold a 'recovery' membership.

The warranty mentioned in the post above, is a different product smile

Cool -that's a useful link/product. I had a nose around warranty places and no-one would cover TVR's.
Might be worth taking out as I have 34K miles on my clutch.

Do the RAC have a similar product?

The AA has paid out 3 times for me. Two clutch claims and radiator I think. You can ONLY claim if they come out to you and CANT get you going again.

As for the excluded vehicles, perhaps they are now not covered, but only cover existing cars.

Mick, just for clarity, the excluded list is for the car warranty, not the breakdown repair warranty. The only main exclusion I can see on the breakdown one is the car must be younger than 10yrs old when first registered with the AA smile
