Where are the best places to source a good quality Cerbera without paying through the roof? I live in Germany but I am British and spend a lot of time in the South of England. Any help will be fantastic.

Get an independent assessor to look at cars, you find in the classifieds on here, for you.

One small question though. How are you going to get it serviced / repaired in Germany? These cars need specialist knowledge looking at them at least once a year and an engine problem would be your worst nightmare.
