Wing mirror wont go up/down

OK....I've suffered this for almost Three years now, and enough is enough

My passenger mirror goes left/right/heats up..... But wont go up & down.

Are they fixable. If not can I get the 'innards' out of it, or do I need to get A complete mirror & get it painted ?

Sit higher/lower in the seat. Sorted.

cant ypu just pull the glass out and then watch the motor to see if that is the prob OR if the glass is just not mounted properly. Surely you can replace the motor if needed.

Come to think of it, I'm sure I got it back from A service once with the glass hanging out, and I pushed it back in.

I reckon it's never worked since.
