New Cerbie Owner. woohoo I hope
Discussion
purchased my first 4.2 cerbera last night, a bit wet for a proper test drive but none the less i tried. im very happy with it, and i owuld like to congratulate all cerby drivers for driving while looking through a letter box. i cannot believe the limited amount of view through the front windscreen.
i didnt get it until late last night so it needs a good wash and polish as well as good going over to tighten stuff up and a thouroughly check things.
one thing i need is a manual for how to work all the buttons and knobs inside etc. as some of the symbols are too feint to see properly. also can i buy new symbols from some where?
what does the silver push button on the right od the steering wheel do? it illuninates red when pressed.
how do i host pics?

Steering wheel buttons:
Top left: Squirty wipers
Bottom left: wipers (cycles through the different speeds)
Top right: Full beam headlights
Bottom right: Horn
Either side of the radio:
Windows up and down
Twiddly knobs to the far left of wheel:
Heater controls (one hot, one cold - push for on and off).
AC on and off in the middle
Twiddly knob that lights up green to the left of wheel:
Sidelights and dipped beam
Button to the right of the wheel
Fog lights
HTH
BTW - if you look on ebay, there's a chap who sells aluminium replacement buttons, and you're bound to find a manual fairly easily.

sweet cheers guys. ok so its fog lights cool. why put the fog light button all the way over there from the headlight knob i will never know?
my windows are really sluggish, it may be because the battery is hardly chraged. its on charge as we speak but if they are still sluggish is the a remedy like greasing runners or lubing up moving parts behind the door card or is it a case of new or refurb the motos

Welcome to the fold, she looks a beaut my windows are really sluggish, it may be because the battery is hardly chraged. its on charge as we speak but if they are still sluggish is the a remedy like greasing runners or lubing up moving parts behind the door card or is it a case of new or refurb the motos
On the window front, new motors will help. They're not too shocking cost-wise. My drivers window is still quite slow, though. Turns out that the runners aren't curved to the right shaped, more like kinked in the middle, so there is some friction there. They're attached to the door by about a thousand allen bolts which appear to have been welded in and rounded off in my case

Enjoy your new car, be warned they are quite addictive

thanks guys, i must have take it out 5 times and shown a dozen people the car since i got home from work at 4.
one small problem i have is with the wipers i can turn them on and they work but thery never stop or return to their original place, they seem to stop at the ten to position. any ideas of how i can adjust these or make then wipe the full screen and go back to their resting position.

You can either replace to park sensor (do a search), or practice your ninja timing reflexes on the button. one small problem i have is with the wipers i can turn them on and they work but thery never stop or return to their original place, they seem to stop at the ten to position. any ideas of how i can adjust these or make then wipe the full screen and go back to their resting position.

I'm doing the latter at the moment, as my wiper motors could do with a refresh anyway, so I'll do the park sensor at the same time.
Oh, and BTW, what colour is that? Mine's purple too, but a much bluer version (AM Highland Purple)

the colour is called chianti strmist, its blackberry which goes a lovely prple in some shade of sunlight. cheers for the info
one other question is where can i buy one floor mat from as the drivers one is worn out. it has to be the right colour though with cream piping (purple/blood red sort of shade)
