bouncy rev needle

ive noticed sometimes on over run/ when i accelerate and come off the throttle usualy when the rev counter is over 4k revs the needle tends to bounce its way down as the revs die. sometimes on acceleration its also has the same bouncyness goig up the revs but not as harsh.

what can i do to sort it out. cheers in advance

i have heard ther are some 'weights' to balance the needle at the back of the instrument and one can fall off, needle works fine in Normal Driving, give it some beans and it bounces.

Mine has does this since purchase 2 years ago and there is nowt wrong with my fuse. I am not fussed since it levels out around 5k.

Same here, mine has always bounced, annoying but not sure if there is a fix.
