at the moment the cerb is a really bumpy ride. not so much for me but in the corner of my eye i can see the passenger bobbing up and down like crazy.

i have raised the back of the car by roughly 10mm (as it was too low) and this has helped greatly but i just need to know about the blue knob at the top of the shock (rebound etc.

which direction does what? they are nitorn sports suspension shocks

There's a + & - on them.

- = softer

+ = harder

Sorry about the rusty state of the suspension, it looks better now, but here you go:

nice one mate cheers for the pic. i was tootying down in a pit with the car jacked up slightly so i couldnt get my head up that high to see the markings on the top adjuster, but now i will look for them and adjust to suit. (plus the wheel was off.

try asking who you bought them from .. if you bought three ways and dont know how to set them up then I would question whoever sold them to you, and why they havent explained it ..

Numpty questions ahoy:

What are 3-way adjustables? They slide in, they slide out. What's the third? (shake it all about?)

Also how many types of nitron shock are commonly used on the cerb? (Just doing some 'due diligence' before my next foray into the kids' inheritance fund biggrin)

Theres rebound, slow speed bump and high speed bump. Plus they are dam sexy. I just have the fronts, but I was lucky enough to get the pair for less than a pair of 1 way adjustables.
