lookin under the dash today while changing the radio and found what looks like a vairable resistor cable tied to the right of the wheel ie near to door. any ideas?

Sounds like the air con temperature control thingy. Recommendation seems to be don't ever adjust it lol, certainly never adjusted mine.

ok thanks guys will leave alone not that my ac works as the alloy pipe into the pump is fractued having it welded as we speek. any 1 no what its off out of interest
