Try searching.

Various people have tried various products with varying success.

There seems to be no conclusive way of solving the 'hot' starter problem once and for all.

I had hot starter issues on a regular basis and did the imobiliser "fix" and never had them again so I assume starter heat is not necessarily them problem!!??

That doesn't hold water.

I had the 'hot' problem, changed the starter for a new one - hey presto fixed.

So, I stand by my original comment. There is no definative solution.

More use on the AJP8 than the six, as the manifold is on the other side. As such, although I bought a wrap around shield I do not use it, as it keeps the heat in emanating from the Bell Housing.

If anyone wants it will swap for beer vouchers or a 4.5LWhehe

Difficult to explain without giving away how to completely bypass the immobiliser. I'll PM you.

Have a look at sparky69's post here
Don't think it's giving anything away but if anyone's grieved shout and I'll pull it.
