Is it a vid of you on an "unused stretch of closed road that someone allowed you to use as a private test track" type of place?

If so I wouldn't post it.

Let common sense prevail ..... biggrin

Not a comment on whether the video should be posted or not, but just an FYI

You can still be prosecuted for motoring offences in a car park, even if it is privately owned, if there is public access to that car park. i.e. if you do doughnuts on B&Q car park during opening hours, plod can do you for WDC&A or DD just the same as on the road. If you do it outside opening hours, they've got to rely on public nuisence/anti-social behaviour legislation.

I think I'll leave it for now then. Drawn enough attention to it here now anyway. Although i do think it would take some pretty serious "nothing better to do with there time" to come find me, but that's not stopped it happening before has it. I'll find somewhere where it is more clear cut legal next time (if there is a next time). Thanks for the info and opinions.

Most big stores have CCTV covering their car parks 24/7 so they have probably already got a video of you doing it anyway.

Many now have cameras at the entrance to monitor duration of parking (where the first however long is free but then very expensive thereafter). These link to the DVLA computers to find owner of vehicle and send them a bill complete with a nice picture of the car and driver even at night.

Big brother is always watching these days.
