Alarm Donald Ducked ?

I have a feeling my alarm unit has gone kaput. Car got flooded during monsoon season and footwells were full of water. Dried everything out and tried starting. Nothing. Now iv'e left it for a couple of weeks to further dry out, thoroughly aired the car and tried again. Now the alarm seems to disarm on the fob, the immobilised disarms and the car turns over. However, no fuel pump prime, then alarm re-arms by it's self. Can anyone tell me where the alarm unit is located ? If this is a security issue please check out my profile.
