Regular Use

Alot of people say that regualr use is essential for the good of the cars.....Would you say one or twice a week (i.e. Weekends) on a good long run, with plenty variance in speed/revvs should be ok, or does it need more regualr use than this?

I think the concern is for cars that are left standing for several weeks at a time. If it hasn't been used for a week I let mine warm up at idle for ten minutes.

Edit: for best results, leave the dipstick out overnight and insert in the morning

I use mine every day. And so far it's not let me down. It's not just Tvr it's any car don't like sitting about. Get out and enjoy them.
