Cerbs off the road then unfortunately.

I believe theres another circuit days one in march (bit of a way off) - but I noticed a certain mr TC is already a tentative maybe, if those interested in joining him, it'd be advisable to go over to northloop.co.uk and take advantage of their discount. smile

Yeah I am almost certain for March now, was meant to be doing this with Graham as well but current clutch issue has ruled me out sadly. Sorry buddy, but here is a bump for your trouble thumbup

thumbup Cant commit now, but if I have the Cerb back together by then, it could be a pretty good shake down (March date, northloop.co.uk trackday)

It's a bit close to SWMBF's birthday on the 8th, could be tricky but any excuse to get me shiny helmet out!

Yep, i think i could be there too. Mine was noise tested at Oulton and was 101db@4000rpm, what are "normal" Cerbs?

Depends if you have a boy racer system like on my road car or a standard one.

My race car with the Sp exhaust is allways about 101-102db
The road car with 3" straight through pipes was measured at Brands hatch @4500rpm 131db!thumbup

When it had the normal cats and sports pipes it was 109db.

Noise on the 6th March is 105db Drive By - same as the Southern Circuit day some of did, no static testing at all which is good (as means you have the ability to hold back your revs etc if you get a warning and it's not just a straight fail). It was commented to Dean last time that his Tuscan was loud and also to pass onto me that mine was worse (i.e. a warning to take it easy hehe) but neither of us got any more problems than that. Last time mine was measured static, I was just shy of 105db at a proper 3/4 revs so I am there or thereabouts on the limit I guess.
