I'm thinking of re-trimming the cerb with black interior, but I'm a little concerned about the darkness of it all, especially the colour of the headlining and the leather trim where it meets the roof (top of windscreen, etc.)

what colours do other black trimmed owners have?

Anybody got any pics of the top areas of their trim, so I can get an idea of what it looks like?

Cheers,
R.

only one I have, the top headliner is black. it is quite dark, but how often do you look at it?

Cheers, that's cool.

Mine is currently tan, and feels like htere is a lot of room in the car and I was just wondering if the darker headlining would make the car seem a bit... claustophobic?

doesn't feel claustrophobic to me at all. i thought a lighter colour would as you can actually see the headliner. with the black you don't really.

I think it would be very dark with a black interior. Mine's a grey interior and black headlining - not too bad, but I have thought about relining it in a paler colour.

Mine has an absolutely revolting grey headlining.

I looked at changing it but it appeared that the windscreen would have to be removed to change it properly.

I decided not to.

It makes you think though what were the original owners thinking when they put these rank colours inside their cars, doesn't it????

I think others have done the headlining without removing the windows...
