pretty quick i'd say, and great value,

I looked at this one a while back as its a REALLY strong and very well sorted 4.2

£8.5K is where we were.

Only reason I didn't go for it is I'm after a 4.5.

V nice car tho...well done to the new owner.

Far far too cheap in my book, the fact it sold within 5 hours bares that out. tbh you couldn't quibble at £10-12k for a sorted early 4.2 tbh.
One of my fav colours too, black with a hint of green in the right light.

C2HYMs cerb?? Wonder what has brought this on, it was forsale for quite some time at a fair bit more than that (rightly so) - so I assume hes needed a quick sale to get something else or clear a little garage room??

I believe theres a 3200/4200 behind it in one of the shots? Hmm... tell us more Chris! smile

Think I had the advert live for 2 hours before the chap told me he would come and pick it up next week.

I needed shot pronto thus the price, off to the States for a while after Crimbo and didn't want the Cerb sat doing nothing for 6 months. Secondly when I'm back it'll pay for half my type rating on the B777.

My S4 is up for grabs at a stupid price too.

Guillotine you thought it was a pretty decent 4.2 then? I've not compared it to any other Cerbs so have never really known.

The S4 is bloody cheap too... I'll always remember that car as one of the most amazing and terrifying cars I have ever been in - and I have been in 99% of the finest cars out there thanks to Vmax.... evil

Hope you get another when you return to the UK - if only so that I can get a pax lap at the 'ring in it! thumbup

Yes I was going to use it as a doner for a Cerb racer.

Shame to chop it really, so its possibly best where it is, promoting TVR in DLand.

Yes Chris it was a very strong 4.2 and sorted all round, problem for me is that we can get more out of a 4.5 and for what I wanted to do...thats a critical factor.

Lovely car and a real bargain at those numbers.

Still not sure which way I'm going to go next year...

GTF Cerb
AJP Tussie
Chevy Tussie
GTF ...scratchchin

(the latter relying on a Lotto win biggrin )
