I think there was a thread on winter mods somewhere.

This weekend i have removed the shocks, calipers, disks, upper wishbones and drop links from both sides off the front (have not had time to do the lower wishbones) in preparation for striping them down and repainting them. I am painting the calipers yellow with black writing - bound to get some flack for that!

I'm planning the finalisation of the cerbera exhaust systems, the new cerbera 4.5 V8 induction system, the new SP6 induction system and possibly a new SP6 exhaust manifold set if time allows. smile

Mine is full leather already, but I took the door card apart the other day to have a look at re-trimming in another colour.

I'm not sure what parts of yours is fabric, but the card comes apart really easily, just a few allen bolts in the back. The actual "center" of the door card (flat bit that makes the back of the pocket) is just glued directly to the card in a big flat sheet. The area around the speaker, I think, just needs the fabric cut to shape... I don't think there was any stiching, while the area the forms the front of the pocket (where the door switch is) is stiched in the top corner.

If it's only the "inner" bit/pocket rear sheet that wants changing, it should be a very quick job.

Please could you divulge a little more?

Will the induction mods be better than the current ones? and will the exhaust be a performance enhancer?

Interesting, will chat on Fri?! smile

We'll be (subject to me getting a sodding industrial unit at reasonable cost/soon) doing a body off rebuild, diff upgrade, wheel/tyre upgrade, possibly lose the rear ARB and change the spring rates accordingly... oo and possibly the above exhaust? wink Time will tell...

I looooooove upgrades. biggrin
