Where are the lamba sensors

Today I had to change the wiper motor on my '98 4.2 when taking it for its test run, the MIL light comes on and beeps intermittently. Looking through the forum it seems it could have something to do with connections to either lambda sensors or ECU. Trouble is I don't know what/where these lambda sensors are?????

Can any of you gurus poiint me in the right direction?

They sit in the exhaust, just before each of the cats (underneath the car). You will see a wire going to each of them.

You need the dealer software to diagnose these sensors and to look at what fault is causing the MIL light to turn on.

Off to to dealer for me then. I never seem to walk out of a TVR dealer with paying less than £1,000! SI I better brace myself!
