I have fitted big duration cam FAST intake manifold, injectors up from 28lb upto 42lb as the old ones were out of legs at 576bhp (101% duty cycle at full throttle), Under there is the new steering rack also. TVR Power cant get her on the rollers till the new year, so i have just done best guess settings so i can drive it there. But sounds pretty menacing i reckon

Blimey didn't think 28lbs (~300cc) injectors would support 576hp, then again at 101% (thought 100% was max ) that's well past the recommended max of 80-85%. What fuel pump flow rate/capacity do you run to support that

Stock pump at 58psi.

I dont get 101% either, but that was what it was coming upas when on the dyno last time. They might be 32lb injectors, thinking about it as they are LS2 stockers, but the new ones are deffo 42lb, this is all at lower than 58psi rating, dont know excactly what psi they rate these things at. I have just gone into the Emerald ECU and changed the flow rate of the injector rate by 50%.

With all your new engine and components etc, do all the instruments like oil temp rev gauge etc work with the engine ? i mean whats the rev limit like compared to a ( sorry if im wrong but i think you had a 4.5? )

I run Emerald ECU so i can set rev limit to where i want, currently 7000rpm (might rev more wait till i rolling road it to see if theres a point)the rev counter also works via ECU but its 8 cylinder anyway, the oil and water gauge is SPA, but i used stock ones until the wax started leaking out of the original.
