What year did the clutch type change in 4.5?

Do anyone know what year the clutch in the Cerbera 4.5 changed to the new style?

Would be good to know which one I have since the price differ between 1050 and 1700 for replacement depending on new or old style currently fitted...

My 2000 Cerbera had the "new type". I don't think there were only two types though! I think it was the "latest" though.
