One photo is of the spiders in silver he says doesnt come with the car, the other photo is of the gold wheels he says do come with the car

I think he's just showing you what the car looks like with them on (He's including sets of different wheels).
More interestingly is that the only mod it has had done is a de-cat, and this gives him 450Hp!

Indeed, I reckon HarryW will be gutted when he find out all that work and money and he could have had the same with some decat pipes and a normal 4.5. Pity us poor fools who only have a lowly 4.2
