strange brown dots!!

Hi guys

Just got the Cerbie out of hibernation from the snow and took it out to TVR Power for a full service

On my return to the garage, I notice several brown patches on the floor all around the outline of the car. When you touch it, it feels a bit like sand??
Now I am desperately hoping that this is not rust condensation. It does get cold in my garage - it wouldn't be condensation which has dropped off the chassis rails would it? Could it be waxoil which has dripped off with the water??

A magnet will tell you wether its Rust or Sand.
If it's all around your car, then it probably will be sand - the residue of all that crap they've been gritting the roads with.
