Engine oil volume?

I need to buy oil today but forgot to check the volume for an engine oil change. How much do I need for a standard 4.2 oh and is it an RV8 filter?

99% certain it takes 6 litres of Oil - buy 7!

Oil Filter is RV8, either a Land Rover part number ERR 3340, or Champion part number C145.
