Hi all,

Got the cerb MOT'd yesturday (failed on a missing rivet on the exhaust - MOT tester was a knob)

On the emission readings one cat was had a reading of 1200 and the other one had a reading of about 140 (has to be under two hundred to pass) Obviously there is something wrong with the one with the high reading but will this cause the car to be hesitant on partial throttle? It feels like the air supply is being blocked. I have just had the car serviced and everything is ok - throttle pots, new air filter etc

Any ideas?

I only put them in for the MOT, decats will be going back on. Having spoken to Tom @ TH Works I am pretty sure that the dodgy cat is causing it hesitate on partial throttle.
