I thought I'd give the Cerb a once over with sponge today as I've got someone looking at it tonight (its for sale). Things were fine as I pulled it out the garage shut the doors and washed it. I then got in afterwards to move it into the sun and when I got out the window didn't shut back up and now I can't open either of the doors.

Pressing the alarm either gives 4 flashes of the indicators or 1 (think its normally 2 and 1 isn't it?).

I've reached in and tried the interior door open button but that doesn't work. I've tried using a broom handle to open the windows further but they don't seem to open either. Strangely enough the broom handle can even start the car.

Please help ASAP before tonight. redfaceD

Hi Danny

You could gain entry using the secret method, pop the bonnet, disconnect the battery, wait a minute or two and then reconnect the battery. This has worked for a few people as it resets the alarm/immobiliser. Will the boot open? Once entry is gained you could also try unplugging the door/window control box located on top of the fuel tank to reset the box so to speak but be careful not to get the 3 similar smaller plugs mixed up.

Regards
Simon
