Are there any good alternatives to WH Warranty
Discussion
Renewal time is here
.
I have read posts regarding AA and RAC, but do they really offer similar cover.
My options with WH are Full cover up to the value of the car for £675, or claims up to £1000 for £525.
I have had value for money with WH over the last 2 years, having 1/2 the cost of a clutch failure and a Gearbox recondition paid for (plus other incidentals).
Anyone got any good experiences of alternatives?

The AA can add 'parts and labour' cover to there breakdown policy. It costs £52 for the year, can claim up to £500 per claim and up to 3 claims per year. It will only pay out however, if you've had to get them out and they cant repair your car and they have to tow it to a garage. If the fault is through part failure, as was the case with my clutch, then they'll pay out. They paid more than Warranty Holdings and I'd only been in it 3 weeks.
