Hi, after owning my Tuscan for just over 2 years i've finally come to terms that it was the wrong car for me. It never gets used as I have a small family which needs permanent supervision meaning myself and the wife never get to use it. It is Awesome, I'm looking for a 4.5 Cerbera which still has the attitude of a TVR I enjoy. I will be wanting cash aswell as a part ex. If you would like pics and info please let me know, there is a pic of it on my profile.
Thanks Adey.

Is this an advert? nono

Mate, you will have to part with cash and your Tuscan to buy the daddy of all TVRs. Did no one tell you that your car is inferior??????? winkhehe

Seriously, have a look in the classifieds and see if you can get a p/x from a dealer. Otherwise sell your Tusc then buy the Cerb. Don't discount the S6 (as you are familiar with it) or the 4.2 which some say is a better engine than the 4.5

The only reason I said the 4.5 is i was offered one against mine but it fell through as the cerbera car has a few problems. I really just need something with 4 seats to be fair. If this is classed as an advert i will remove if you like. Just copying the advert on the tuscan forum for a swap plus cash for a 4.5 really.

Shadey

Im also looking to do the same thing!

Unfortunately, every dealer I call want to give me a ridiculous price for my Tuscan 2 and maintain a hugely inflated price for their Cerberas!!

Ill just have to carry on the search or just bite the bullet and put it in the classifieds.

Good luck and dont sell yourself short on your Tuscan

I bought a Cerb after having a Tuscan for two years so I could go more places with the family. Just didn't sell the Tuscan! I use the Cerb more than the Tuscan now but as both are great, but different, cars I'm keeping them both.

You'll love the Cerb, but you'll miss the Tuscan.

I agree, took the tuscan out today and love it, if it sits in the garage and only comes out 3 weeks of the year then be it. The only reason i fancy the cerb is for the seats, definetly not the looks.vomit

Why buy a car you hate the look of?

Maybe a Maserati Quattroporte a better choice?

here

I have both these cars sitting side by side in my garage at the moment. My two sons 8 and 11 are split with the oldest wanting the Cerb and the youngest wanting the Tuscan. I think the age difference says it all smile

car sold today, first to see did buy!!!! sad to see it go but needs must. I know he is going to be more than happy with the car and will look after it. Also viewed and bought a cerb 4.5 today so a good day all round. must admit, performance wise i wouldn't say it felt any quicker than the tuscan? but i suppose when you get up to these kind of horsepower figures its quite hard to feel a difference. by the way cerbs rock and tuscans now suck so any previous coments please ignore laughlaughlaugh

To be honest Al, had a very good response, almost to the point i knew i would stick to the price i wanted. I think someone would rather pay £20,000 for a good one than pay £9,000 for a dog. As the saying goes you cant polish a turb.teacher
