can`t seem to find this anywhere, what is the correct gap for new plugs, 25 thou?

Depends on the plugs, but 25-28 thou.

Nearly all modern plugs run between 0.8mm and 1.2mm. If I'm unsure on a car I 'll run it at 0.8mm as there's less chance of a failing spark at that gap. 1.2mm is beginning to get quite large unless you have a very powerfull ignition system.

That's a bit on the small side isn't it - especially given that it's running coil packs. I would have thought 0.9mm (35 thou) would be nearer the mark.

I usually use abount 31~32 thou on a TVR V8.

The bit I have done look fairly nice though.
