Cold air at last!

Taking full advantage of the best working on the car weather yesterday I solved my lack of cold air problem. The shut off solenoid, although in place wasn't actually locating with the flap!

So remove the alloy control box, mount solenoid properly, refit and have celebratory Donner Kebab Pot Noodle (not bad btw). Just need to regas the air con and replace a mithering throttle pot and she'll be ready to go.

Still doesn't flow as much air as the hot side but it certainly works! For added entertainment value I got the steering control ribbon cable the wrong way round and discovered my windscreen wipers set off the hazards etc. how we laughed!
