Giving it some thought - either the direct replacement items or the fully smoothed in job ??

Are the replacement items a DIY job - they look simple enough ??

Comments from owners who have had it done / done it themselves appreciated

sp automotive/ ph name(columbo) do the pods that you can fit instead of single lamp or have smoothed in, they sometimes pop up on eaby they go from £60-£100 for 2 pods only. lights are £44 each from tvr power you will need 4 and a sidlight if you go for the 3 lamp pod. you will also need lamp mounting rings for the lamps to fix to. leven technology do them i cant remember the exact price but i think they are about £12 each but some people make their own

it can be a diy job but you will need to cut some of the exisiting light recess away for the pod and twin lamps to drop down. the other pain is painting the pods, colour matching and whether you spray them or a bodyshop

so Paint the pods, mount your lamp rings and lights to the pod, trial fit, once you have them seating right, bond them down with some sicaflex, windscreen silicon etc, connect up the headlight plugs and your done.
