The last few days i've noticed the throttle pedal has gone really tight/stiff, I used to be able to heel and toe give her a quick blip etc, now its like im having to push hard on the pedal and its leading to not being able to deliver the power in smoothly, anyone had this? seems worse when warm possibly. Any lube pints or poss linkage probs anyone knows about? help appreciated

Mine too!

Think it might need a new throttle cable (seem to remember my brother's Cerb being the same when he bought it a few months ago, cured with a new cable)

Are new cables easy to fit, or worth a trip to APM??

cheers

This sounds like the first signs of a frayed throttle cable. If it sticks in this weather you could be in trouble. Mine frayed and when I pushed the accellerator to the 'VERY LOUD' position the cable got caught in the sheath and would not release. Very Scary!
Take a look under the panel between the windscreen and bonnet where the cable terminates for signs of fraying. It might just need a bit of grease.
