AJP8 fuel lines routing

I borrowed the schematic of the 4.2 v8 fuel routing from someone else's posting, my question is the line I have marked "where does this go?" does this return to the tank directly running along the drivers side of the transmission tunnel on the earlier cars?

yes it does but don't put it back in the tunnel beacuse you just get hot fuel returning to the tank. I rerouted mine through the cabin using braided steel hoses. I believe the later cars have a similar route.

My return line goes through the tranmission tunnel and I can't say I've ever had any adverse problems as a result.
