New owner

Picked up my new Cerb on saturday - have been looking to buy one for a while and decided to bite the bullet last week. Its a 2000 Speed Six in silver, just had a full engine rebuild by Jason Clegg at STR8-6. Big thanks to the guys at Raceproved in sheffield who inspected the car for me, they identified a couple of things that need attention, nothing major, but have been really impressed with the level of service they offered, they couldnt have been more helpful.

One question - what is the small silver metal tube on floor behind the passenger seat, and also the round metal recess on the transmission tunnel.

They sound like the fittings for a TVR baby seat. ..
