Weak cold air fan

I've got the air-con working now but the fan is blowing like a field mouses fart.

I get plenty of flow at motorway speeds but almost nothing at slower speeds.

Any ideas what I need to check?

The fan definitely ran faster on my old 4.5.

You need to upgrade from the field mouse to gerbil spec....they don't half squeal when your forcing them into the air vents but you really notice the difference

No Bodders it didn't, I can't find any Gerbils.

Can anyone suggest an easy fix?
